Realign is a strategic advisory practice based in Cork, Ireland. We help organisations overcome the product, data, and operations challenges they lack the resources or momentum to solve themselves.
We exist because too many businesses get stuck. Not for lack of ambition, but because the right support didn't show up at the right time. Or it did, and it underdelivered.
Built from frustration with the status quo
Traditional consultancy has a pattern: oversell, underestimate, rush the work, move on. We've seen it from the inside. Engagements where requirements were missed, quality was traded for speed, and clients were left holding a deliverable that didn't quite solve the problem.
Realign was founded to do the opposite. We start by understanding. Deeply. We absorb your context, your domain, your constraints. Then we work across product, data, and operations to find what others miss: the connections hiding between disciplines, the root causes buried under symptoms, the opportunities no one thought to look for.
That's not a pitch. It's how every engagement works.
Cross-functional by design
Most advisors specialise in one lane: product strategy, data governance, or operational efficiency. We work across all three, because the most valuable insights live in the gaps between them.
Our founder's career started in research and design, understanding problems before jumping to solutions. That evolved into product strategy and delivery, then into data lifecycle management and governance, and eventually into operations and workflow design. Each discipline added a layer. Together, they became Realign's approach.

Every engagement is scoped to your situation. Pricing is straightforward: a fair base rate plus an optional results-based bonus that aligns our incentives with yours. No surprises.
Consulting doesn't have to be extractive
We work with honesty, fair pricing, and a genuine commitment to your outcomes. Not just the deliverables, but the relationship behind them.
That means we'll tell you when something is uncomfortable. We'll push back when the brief is wrong. And we'll stay available until the work is actually working, not just until the contract says we're done.
We're also independent. We don't resell technology, take referral fees, or benefit from steering you toward a particular vendor. That makes us especially useful before you engage with tech partners or service providers. We help you define what you actually need, so when you do go to market, the brief is right, the scope is honest, and the project has a real chance of landing.
